Brit is a Holistic Nutritionist, herb nerd and fungi fanatic who believes that the path to vibrant health, like laughter, starts in our bellies.

She studied at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she graduated with honours in 2015 and also at Pacific Rim College where she studied Permaculture Design and Resilient Ecosystems.

Brit’s passion for nutrition was born from the profound impact that food made on her own life and healing journey. After years of unconscious consumption of processed foods, she developed a host of nutritional deficiencies that lead to periods of debilitating depression, hormonal imbalances and impaired gut health.

It is those personal experiences that contribute to Brit’s infinite well of empathy and understanding and what fuels her to share her knowledge of nutrition to support her clients to go “beyond the bandaid” and get to the root cause.

She uses food to improve physiology, creating personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols, and helps clients to overcome any limiting beliefs preventing them from experiencing vibrant health.

In addition to nutrition, food sovereignty and regenerative agriculture are other areas of focus for Brit. Through education and hands-on workshops, she empowers others to grow their own food in an accessible way - whether that’s on a windowsill, in a community garden or their own backyard!

When she isn’t working with clients, Brit spends her time adventuring in the forests and on the beaches of Vancouver Island with her pup Louie, rescuing “ugly” produce at the farmer’s market and hanging out with her 4 backyard chickens.

Linda Stelluti CH.t is a clinical hypnotherapist who helps women heal and transform using the power of their subconscious mind. Specializing in gut-directed hypnotherapy for IBS and digestive disorders, she has extensive training to help you achieve your desired goals and heal the mind-body connection.

What is hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that allows us to communicate directly with our subconscious mind, which is where all our memories, behaviors, emotions, and beliefs are stored. Our subconscious mind influences the way we feel, the decisions we make, the actions we take, as well as our bodily functions.

Hypnotherapy can help address deeper underlying issues that a surface approach may not be able to. Together, we can rewire and recondition your mind and body to make long lasting changes. Not only is hypnotherapy completely natural, it’s a very gentle and effective way of creating positive change and attaining desired results. We are able to find the root cause of an issue, release old wounds from the past, eliminate limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors.
